We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers. If you are not satisfied with our ink cartridges, inkjet refill kits, just return to us FOR FREE REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND. No restocking fee applies. Items must be returned a the cost of the customer.

Warranty & Returning Merchandise
Any defective items need to be returned to our warehouse for testing purposes. Defective items must be returned to us in order to receive a full refund. Please note we do not take responsibility for returned items lost in the mail, we advise to send these items via a registered mail service. For replacements of defective products, Shipping charges from our location to yours are FREE.

OEM Cartridges cartridges (HP, Lexmark, Epson, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to honour its warranty.

Returns
If you would like to return your items please confirm this return with one of our friendly staff. This can be done either via email to: worldoftoners@tpg.com.au or via phone on 02 9624 6578. You will receive an RA number. Please note goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. 

Refund
The choice is yours, we can either refund your money back to you or you can keep that amount as a credit for your next order. We will credit back to your credit card in 7 days from the day we get the merchandise back. Please note that for safety reasons we will only credit the card from which the items where purchased from.
