I ordered 2 printer cartridges last week from you.

Just gotta say, you guys rock. Fair enough it was a small order and what not, but you phoned to let me know that delivery was going to be delayed and there is a personally written 'thank you' on my receipt. You dont get customer service like that anymore and it is just the small things that make it so great.

I will definately be a returning customer.

Just want to say thanks for your prompt, efficient service. Living in rural NSW I'm unaccustomed to quick delivery of goods. As I only ordered ink cartridges yesterday, I was most delighted to see them delivered to my door this morning. I'll be a repeat customer and will be sure to recommend you to others.

I made my order yesterday at 2:20pm... the order was confirmed and dispatched within 30 min. UNBELIEVABLE!
And best of all i recieved my order today, even though I live in a different state in Australia.
